Please call or e-mail to make your reservation. PaPa Bears operates by appointment only. You must have a designated time scheduled on your pick up and drop off dates within our operating hours. We are available for appointment during the hours of 8 am to 6 pm Monday thru Sat and 12 to 6 on Sundays.

PaPa Bears provides boarding services 365 days per year however we do have limited hours around the holidays. Christmas Day: We do not accept pick up or drop off appointments on Christmas Day.
New Year’s Day, Easter Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day and Thanksgiving Day appointments can be scheduled but our available appointment times maybe limited and there is a 10$ fee for pick up or drop off on any of these holidays.

What you’ll need for your pet’s stay at PaPa Bear’s.
• A copy of your pet’s current proof of Rabies, Distemper and Bordetella vaccinations.

• Food and treats for your pet. We like to spoil them while they are here so please provide treats!

• Some sort of bedding such as beds, blankets, rugs or towels. This adds the scent of home in their rooms.

• Collar and a leash.

• Please do not bring bowls we have a wide assortment of buckets and bowls for their use here.

You must provide a copy of their shot records! We do not want to ruin your vacation plans by not allowing your pet to stay here but there are serious consequences for us if we do not have these records on site during their stay. Please bring a current copy of your Rabies, Distemper and Bordetella vet records that clearly shows the date of expiration for these vaccinations. There is a 10.00$ charge for us to retrieve your records from your vet.
